These Terms of Service are a binding legal agreement between you and CreteRooms that govern your use of the website. This website offers an online venue that enables users, search for, and book properties on Crete.
Payments terms of service – Prices include all taxes, there are no other charges to be added.
Safe payments – Deposit payments are processed through Stripe’s secure payment environment. CreteRooms does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details, as all payment information is handled directly and securely by Stripe in accordance with the highest security standards.
Cancellation Policy – Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Property Standards – We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we maintain high standards. However, if you have a problem during your holiday, inform us as soon as possible and we will take care of it.
Noise and Disturbance Policy – Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
